Validation for non-invasive
hormone monitoring
Non-invasive hormone monitoring is a powerful tool for investigating animal physiology. However, proper analytical and biological validation is essential to ensure reliable results. Validation needs to be performed for each species, target hormone, and substrate. The lab has a wide range of assays established, so we can compare assay performance and identify the most sensitive assay for your study.
Student training
We are happy to have visitors to the lab. We offer some workshops to provide students with a basic understanding of the principles and techniques of hormone monitoring. Students can also schedule a time to visit the lab for more in-depth training.
